Contracting T.A.G.

Over time, T.A.G. has developed a simple method of contracting our services. All conversations, discussions and documents involved in the process are treated with complete confidentiality. The time frame for implementing a T.A.G. brokerage solution for your company varies based upon the range of services involved and the size of your operation, however, implementation generally does not take more than two to three months at the outside. The general implementation process is outlined below:

Stage One: Relationship Development:

  • Consultation.
  • Confidentiality agreements are signed.
  • Presentation of T.A.G.’s services and general fee structure.
  • Stage Two: Analyzing Your Business:
    Once we have reached agreement to move forward, T.A.G. will review all of the information you provide regarding your company's delivery operations, including customer list, products, services, key accounts, special procedures, rates, and service areas.

    Stage Three: Contract Discussions:
    T.A.G. will present a customized operating proposal and written agreement that sets forth the specific services T.A.G. will offer to meet the unique needs of your business. All key issues will be documented in this operating agreement.

    Stage Four: Business Implementation:
    T.A.G. will train your staff in the procedures involved in outsourcing deliveries to T.A.G.'s experienced brokers. We will also establish the telecommunications connections necessary to allow orders and other information to be easily exchanged electronically.
